Honestly, I almost returned it at first. The first session wasn’t great – it felt too intense, and I thought I made a mistake. But I gave it another go the next day, tried a different setting, and suddenly everything clicked.
Turns out I just needed to warm up a bit more and find the right rhythm. So glad I didn’t give up too early.
